KC Fahy-Harvick brings over 30 years of experience in landscape
architecture and maintenance. She specializes in perennials in the
landscape and water features, but her hands-on experience includes a
broad scope of garden types. Her teaching style will capture your
attention and her enthusiasm will inspire you.

1) GARDEN BASICS - STEP-BY-STEP March 21, 2022 6:30 - 8:00 pm
No matter what you plant, it will never be the lush beautiful garden you
planned unless you start with the BASICS. Learn step-by-step the best
techniques for building the foundation of a great garden, and how to
maintain it. This will be essential information whether you are creating a
new area or restoring an old one; site evaluation, soil preparation, plant
selection, to name a few.

2 & 3) DESIGN IT YOUR WAY March 28 & 30 6:30 - 8:00 pm
This is the most comprehensive garden design class ever offered in this
venue. Take advantage of the wealth of knowledge, and enlightened
teaching skills KC possesses. She shows you how a perennial expert with
years of landscape design experience would design your garden.
Designing a new space, restoring an old space, or giving new life to a drab
space, we’ll cover it all.
This is a two-part series, and will allow you to provide photos of your
project so they may be used as part of the class.
Fee - $40 / person for two sessions

SPRING INTO ACTION - 5 Steps To Maintenance-Free Gardens
April 4 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Follow these five easy steps, while learning the right techniques, and your
gardens will be low maintenance all summer long. You will have more time
to enjoy your gardens, benefit from using less chemicals, less water, less
elbow grease. Healthier plants, happier you!
